One-Year Limited Warranty
Prince Services LLC warrants that the services it offers will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship. The warranty term is one year beginning on the date full payment was applied to the account
for the quotation containing the service in need of warranty services.
This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse,
servicing not authorized by Prince Services LLC, usage not in accordance with service instructions,
features or functions not specified or defined in original service quotation, failure to perform user
required input or functions, and problems caused by use of additional pages, functions or features not
supplied by Prince Services LLC.
Prince Services LLC will repair any services that are not performing as requested and defined within the
original quotation. To request warranty service, you must contact Prince Services LLC within the warranty period.
When contacting Prince Services LLC for warranty service, please use the Contact Form
as it is given the highest email priority.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION).
PRINCE SERVICES' RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN SERVICES IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OF SERVICE
AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
WILL APPLY AFTER SUCH PERIOD. SOME STATES (OR JURISDICTIONS) DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED
WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY
BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST DATA OR SOFTWARE.
